okay you might be having a hard time trying to get your ass up and work out (like me) .and you’re sick of being this couch potato who would most likely to end up like this guy right here

so you might need to get these few things that I’ve listed in this post to boost your getting-healthy mood.

1. a Dubstep playlist

Dubstep does magic to me. if in my previous post I’ve mentioned that it could get me high, this time I’m gonna say that it could bring out the aggressive fighter side of me. I’m serious! you just wanna beat the crap outta someone when you listen to this headbanging tune.

listen to it, you’d suddenly speed up your treadmill, you’d suddenly wanna sweat more. okay, hahaha. this seems freaky, but I just love this eccentric genre. especially to burn my calories. so, put it on your iPod and get going!

2. Skinny Bitch in the Kitch

i Know right. Alba has a copy? Vicky too? this book of healthy recipe is a New York Times Bestseller, thanks to its easy-to-cook recipes such as Mac n Cheese (yes, they’ve got the healthy version) and Pecan Crusted French Toast. YUMMM!!

3. Bubble Gum

If you can’t stop chewing, chew Wrigley’s 5. it’s sweet, the sweetness lasts longer than regular gum. It helps me to cut smoking and snacking. they don’t sell it in Indonesia so I have to wait till anyone gets here and bring me some :( but you can replace it with any gum!
